Right of withdrawal - cancellation policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
a) If the interested party is a consumer, he has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
b) The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the interested party must notify the information provider

By means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post,

fax or e-mail) about his decision to revoke this contract.

He can use the model cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
d) To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the interested party to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.


2. Revocation request - Consequences of the revocation
a) If the interested party revokes this contract, the information provider shall owe the interested party all payments that he has received from the interested party,

including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that the interested party has chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the information provider) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day,

on which the notification of the cancellation of this contract was received by the information provider.


For this repayment, the information provider uses the same means of payment,

that the interested party used in the original transaction,

unless expressly agreed otherwise between the contracting parties;

under no circumstances will the interested party be charged any fees for this repayment.


b) If the interested party has requested that the services should begin during the cooling-off period,

he has to pay the information provider a reasonable amount,

the proportion of up to the point in time at which the interested party informs the client of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract,

services already provided compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract
